USB Bezel chassis panel connector

This item offers a professional touch to your Arduino or other electronics project.

This item allows you to make a good-looking USB connection to your Arduini, Raspberry Pi or other electronics project.

Primarily intended to easily facilitate a 5V power connection (for your project) using a USB power supply and USB-mini cable, all 5 pins of the USB-Mini socket are available so you are able to utilise the full-function of the USB connection in your project.

This item comes as a kit of parts, which you must assemble and solder to suit the needs of your project.

This item comprises of:

• A glossy black Bezel made from Perspex acrylic
• USB-Mini connector
• PCB
• 2 x M2 screws

The bezel is intended to fit into a hole in your project box or panel, and to be fixed using suitable adhesive. The bezel will sit approximately 3mm above the surface of your project box or panel, hiding the edges of the cut-out. No visible screws are required which further enhances the look of the project.

The USB connector / PCB assembly are fixed to the rear of the bezel using the two screws provided. The metal body of the USB connector is connected to GND on the PCB.
