Description
IR (Infrared) and non-IR OV2640 Camera modules, often used with ESP32-Cam modules. A solder connector is also available to include the camera module on your own custom PCB etc.
We offer 5 different options:
- Camera module PCB solder connector
- Approx 21mm 65°
- Approx 75mm 65°
- Approx 75mm 160° IR 850nm
- Approx 21mm 160° IR 850nm
The stated length is the approximate overall length of the modules (it is not just the cable length). The IR / Infrared versions are designed for an IR wavelength of 850nm.
We test 100% of our modules to make sure they work before, tested on an ESP32-Cam and tested with IR for those versions.
Specifications are nominal and as stated by the manufacturer.
Note that the OV2640 IR camera are for 850nm IR, but they do need a lot of IR illumination (i.e. use high power IR). They also have a wide 160° view, so you need to use IR illumination that covers that angle of view.
