Description
This is a high-quality display bezel with a matching MAX7219 8×8 LED (blue) matrix display. We offer this product in two variations:
- As a kit where you fix the display into the bezel, offering more flexibility when assembling your project.
- A pre-assembled kit, where the bezel is already fixed into the bezel (with rubberised epoxy-type adhesive).
The pre-assembled kit is constructed to order, so an additional 24 hours is required before shipping.
The display is a commonly available MAX7219 matrix display and the bezel is made to match the display provided. We test all displays before dispatch, so you can buy with confidence.
This is NOT a cheap 3D printed item. It is a high-quality bezel with a glossy front face offering a professional appearance.
The display is fixed into the bezel with adhesive (we do this for you if you order the pre-assembled variant). The bezel is designed to overlap the cut-out in a panel or project box, fixed into place with adhesive (full instructions are provided). The bezel is designed to hide an untidy cut-out and dispense with ugly mounting screws.
Mounting this display with this bezel is much simpler and more professional-looking that trying to mount the display with screws and brackets.
This item is not certified as dust or moisture proof.
