Thanks for submitting a custom bezel request. We will review this, usually within 48 working hours, to assess if it’s possible to create a custom bezel to fit your specifications.
You have completed Step 1 of the process. This is a reminder of the remaining steps:
Step 2 We review your submission and, using our expertise and experience, we will advise if it’s actually possible to make that bezel for you. We will also confirm the cost.
Step 3 You send your display to us using tracked postage. We will send you details.
Step 4 We design a bezel and send you CAD design images for your approval. This can take about 5-7 days.
Step 5 With your approval, we will complete the design and make the bezel. This can take about 7-10 days, but it might take longer if we have to wait expecially for deliveries of materials or parts.
Step 6 We will send you photos of the bezel and display.
Step 7 If you approve of the bezel and display, you make payment in full, and then we return the display with the bezel, using tracked shipping.
If you decide that the bezel is not what you want, you pay only for the return tracked shipping for your display. Upon payment, we will send your display back to you.
